Pain Validity Testing for Chiropractic Doctors
GOT patients with pain - no one can explain?
Chronic pain affects about 20% of people and 40% to 80% of the time it is misdiagnosed. It does not help that the average doctor appointment is 11 minutes – all but precluding proper assessment and examination.
Help your patients, help you, help them by using Pain Validity Testing - a set of three (3) tests created by a research team at Johns Hopkins Hospital and School of Medicine that provides a 96% correlation with 10000+ diagnoses made by Johns Hopkins Hospital Doctors over a 17-year period, and within 5 minutes gives you:
- A complete and full narrative description of symptoms.
- A summary of possible diagnosis and differential diagnoses.
- (Where permissible by regulation) a list of proper tests for you to use, using the John Hopkins Hospital model for correct diagnosis and harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence.
The three (3) Pain Validity Tests are:
- The Pain Validity Test (PVT): a patient questionnaire consisting of 22 questions with 742 possible answers (which takes 12 to 16 minutes to complete) that when run through PVT’s powerful, secure AI engine converts your patient's subjective complaint of pain into objective proof of damage validating his/her claim - when other tests have failed to reveal the underlying cause(s). PVT predicts with 95% accuracy that a patient (given the correct medical test) will have an abnormal test outcome - by identifying damage that verifies the patient's pain complaint. For those working in the Personal Injury (PI) field, PVT protects both the patient and doctor - by proving the patient has a valid complaint (and is not drug-seeking) while providing you, their doctor with documentation and validation for testing and treatment. PVT is easily administered, saves time, improves efficiency (enabling you to focus more on patient care, less on administration) and available in Spanish, French and English.
- The Pain Diagnostic Test (PDT): a detailed questionnaire consisting of 212 questions with 2008 possible answers (that takes about 40 minutes to complete) that when run through PDT’s powerful, secure AI engine, provides a narrative summary for you to use in your evaluation. PDT-based diagnoses have a 96% correlation with diagnoses of Johns Hopkins Hospital Doctors (based on 10000 cases over a 17-year period) - and predict with 100% accuracy what will be found if he/she is operated on. Common examples where PDT can be the difference for your patients include strains or sprains lasting longer than 2 weeks or identifying “shaken baby TBIs” - in patients who suffered neck injuries but did not strike their heads and are experiencing memory, taste and or smell changes/difficulties. PDT is easily administered, saves time, improves efficiency (enabling you to focus more on patient care, less on administration) and available in Spanish, French and English.
- Headache Diagnostic Test (HDT): a detailed questionnaire consisting of 92 questions with 939 possible answers (that takes between 30 to 70 minutes to complete) that are run through HDT’s powerful, secure AI engine provides a narrative summary for you to use in your evaluation. HDT is intended for chronic pain sufferers whose pain is concentrated in their heads - zeroing in on post-concussion syndrome, post-traumatic brain injury, mixed muscle tension-vascular headache, C2 entrapment syndrome, and temporomandibular joint syndrome. Other examples where HDT can be the difference for your patients include for the 35%-70% of migraine headache cases that are misdiagnosed (in which muscle tension headaches, TMJ or cervical pathology are often the correct diagnosis) and cervical-injury-related TBIs that are missed 60%-74% of the time. HDT provides a 94% correlation with Johns Hopkins Hospital Doctors, is easily administered, saves time, improves efficiency (enabling you to focus more on patient care, less on administration) and available in Spanish, French and English.
NOTE: for PI use these tests must be conducted in the Doctor's office in the presence and under the guidance of a licensed Health Professional who must attest and sign they witnessed the test being administered.
